Get to Know the Aston Martin Valkyrie
The premium Aston Martin brand is entering the hypercar market in a big way with the new 2022 Aston Martin Valkyrie. Collaborating with Red Bull Racing, this vehicle is built purely for the ultimate experience in both speed and style. The innovative touch to the powertrain for the Valkyrie is that it is a hybrid setup. Aston Martin vehicles are known for their exquisite touches of elegance and premium features that separate them from the rest of the pack. The Valkyrie is set to storm the hypercar field with a ride that Denver Metro drivers will be unable to find anywhere else.
2022 Aston Martin Valkyrie Trims
There will be two versions of the 2022 Valkyrie available for purchase. The base model will give the pinnacle of performance that a street–legal vehicle can provide. The more limited production AMR Pro trim will be specifically designed to maximize the track racing capabilities of the hypercar, making it the premier vehicle to show off both unbridled speed and precision on the racetrack.

2022 Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro: MSRP from est. $3,500,000
Performance
Powering the 2022 Aston Martin Valkyrie is an innovative and significant hybrid powertrain. Led by the 6.5L V-12 engine that cranks out an astounding 1000 horsepower, the supplementary electric motor adds an extra 160 horsepower. Therefore, the driver of the Valkyrie will be in control of 1160 horsepower backed by the precise seven-speed automatic transmission that handles all the work. The AMR Pro features all the same components as the base model, but Aston Martin has reconfigured the output potential of the hypercar to make it excel even more on the racetrack.
Interior Features
Working together with Red Bull Racing, Aston Martin has given the Valkyrie an interior fitting for a racecar driver. Instead of a traditional seatbelt, the Valkyrie is fitted standard with a four-point harness system. The steering wheel holds many of the performance-related switches and buttons drivers can use to further customize their ride while driving. To help drivers get in and out of the vehicle easier, the steering wheel is also detachable much like a Formula One car. The base Valkyrie will have an integrated infotainment system, while the AMR Pro has this removed to further lighten the car’s weight.
Safety Features
Handling the sheer amount of power that the 2022 Valkyrie holds can be daunting. However, Aston Martin has designed the vehicle to deliver accurate responses to the steering inputs from the driver at varying speeds to help it on the track. Aston Martin has also claimed that the Valkyrie can generate downforce that exceeds the weight of the vehicle to greatly improve grip. The Valkyrie will also come with a standard backup camera.
